Chef Brian and the Region's 117 team presents a Chef's Garden inspired Wine Pairings Dinner on Sunday, August 25th at 6:00 PM in Region's 117.  Each dish will be accompanied with local Virginia wines. Enjoy five courses expertly paired with wines.  

Tickets go on sale to our Barrel Masters Members on Tuesday, August 13 at 9 a.mRegistration will take place on TicketLeap. Once registered, the Concierge will call you for payment and to confirm your reservation. Payment is not taken on TicketLeap to avoid service fees. Payments are taken at Concierge Desk only. 

First Course
Tempura Fried Squash Blossom
House smoked andouille mousse, tahini tempura batter, charred sweet corn cream

Second Course
Tomato Galette
Parmesan peppercorn butter rich pastry, shaved cippolini, goat cheese, sweet basil, tomato concasse

Third Course
Sweet Pepper Duck
Flash seared Ginger Scallion Duck, sesame roasted baby bell pepper, sweet and sour gochujang glaze

Fourth Course
Rosemary Lamb
Wood-Fire Grilled, Saddle of New Zealand spring lamb, Fire Roasted eggplant hummus, cucumber mignonette, citrus gremolata

Dessert
Summer Berry Gastrique
Vanilla poached summer berries, citrus mint gelato, biscotti crumble

Tickets are $85 per person, inclusive of taxes and service charges. Seating is limited.
